Zcom Anticipates Growth with New Negotiations for Satellite Broadcasting

Zcom Networks, a diversified media broadcasting and shopping network company, has started negotiations with a domestic and international satellite providers with plans to launch a satellite broadcasting station in the Los Angeles area. This will enable the company to link its Internet protocol Television (IPTV (News - Alert)) broadcasting with satellite broadcasting.
 
Zcom Networks is involved in broadcasting, production and licensing of various contents, as well produces content programs, infomercials and commercials. 
 
Zcom Networks has anticipated that the new negotiations will reap significant programming growth for the company.
 
Alex Parsinia, CEO of Zcom Networks, said, "Our goal is to capitalize on integrating IP TV and Satellite Broadcasting while moving to the next level, incorporating some of the key shopping networks, marketing, distribution and advertising know-how that Zcom has developed in the past years."
 
In December 2008, Zcom Networks was in discussion to acquire TIN TV, a Los Angeles Satellite based TV Broadcasting of music, talk shows, sports and live programming that are viewed in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
 
Other details of the negotiations were not disclosed.
 
Pam TV International, Inc., a subsidiary of Zcom Networks, is a provider of talk and music program. The program offers a wide range of content via an interactive multi-media broadcast platform utilizing the internet, traditional radio and satellite radio.
Super Bazar International, Inc., also a subsidiary of Zcom Networks, is a shopping network company that is marketing and promoting multiple products on TV, radio and internet including Super Fuel and TV Box.
