Under the agreement, Power & Tel (News - Alert) will resell the Espial MediaBase Video-On-Demand platform to service providers in the United States. Espial (News - Alert) MediaBase is now included in their end-to-end IPTV solution to U.S. customers.

Espial MediaBase is a content delivery platform providing software platform for the management, distribution and delivery of on-demand video content for media services. The platform delivers VOD, network PVR/RS-DVR, personal network PVR, StartOver TV, pay-per-view and many other on-demand applications.
